Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2–3 days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Hong Kong / Macau:
- Free shipping on orders over $500
- $30 shipping fee for orders under $500
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Soul Sweet is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages & Lost Items
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
